Continuing Down South To Nha Trang

On Feb 13th, we caught an overnight train to Nha Trang, a small city in southern Vietnam which was a 12 hour bus ride from Hoi An. The bus ride was quite the experience, as I think that all of our butts are still recovering from the bumpy ride. We had no trouble finding a hotel and it was nice, clean and bright and a block away from the beach ($10 Canadian!!). We decided to brave the heat and battle our way down the beach and made our way to the Cham Temple about 5 km from where we stayed. The sun caught up with us by noon, as we found shelter at a beer stand… a pint of draft was 3000 dong (about 25 cents Canadian)..yeah baby, now that is drinking…(Side picture – City of Nha Trang)

Derek and I wandered around town early evening looking for beer stalls to fill our empty water bottles from the day, as the girls checked for a place to stay in Mui Ne, our next destination. Finally some down time to relax, sit by the pool, drink and soak up the rays. Although, I think Rav should be wearing 150 SPF (Any of you know if we can get that anywhere?)

So I am signing off now as Rav, Derek, and Krista are taking a nap as I write this.
Take care all of you who are checking the site on a regular basis… we are trying to post as often as possible, but it is hard when the connections are not always good, and we are also finding it hard to get into our blogger site.

Email us with news from back home… any one else engaged or pregnant?
